“We can hardly even recognize the devils of our own creation”

[Essay which I wrote for my english exam in school]

“We can hardly even recognize the devils of our own creation”

Today sitting right in this room, of course this is examination hall with two serious looking huge teachers around, looking not just at me but towards the entire row they can see. Well, at this very moment I just wonder upon the endless possibilites there are in the long days ahead. How would have our ancestor even thought, weren’t they witty? Weren’t they amazing? A lot of questions flow like fountain water. May be I am just thinking too much. But there shouldn’t have been any mistakes or leaks in their thoughts. No way, until they were a fool puppets. Well, may be we cannot just predict how days were during all those gone hours.
Yeah, Now I remember my girlfriend, I mean my ex-girlfriend who used to be pretty clever, always  used to say, “man is the greatest enemy of his own thoughts and deeds” and now I am learning what she actually  meant. We are greedy, aren’t we? I know we are. Human beings have a cruel saying “dream on and on, we can do anything” Thanks for saying that, we can feel our race and kind becoming more powerful every day and that isn’t something for us to be proud of now. Humans never tend to accept the fact that they are the only danger to mankind and to all the helpless creatures who have lost their power of expressing their thoughts and fears. We cannot be that blind and deaf, no wonder why the one who is residing in heaven would get furious.

Remember the cause of the tower of babel, when all the humans became wise? They all wanted to reach heaven without the help of god, humans wanted to be powerful. They wanted to build a legendary tower which would reach to the heaven and they wouldn’t have to sufer any more. As they were fully determined to build one, god became furious and he created a wall between every human, he changed everybody’s language. Soon after they couldn’t understand their languages and then they all went to different directions and they couldn’t continue with their dream and now humans are fully responsible for creating a wall between them selves. Other wise we would have been living in harmony with each other.
Let’s leave aside those tragic histories, looking at today’s rapid world. Humans are proud of their magnificant little creations, on the other hand if we go the way of Japan, a fully furnished country, what do you think the causes for the natural calamities are? Why are they being tortured? Why are they being distrubed? If we happen to ask this to any magnificiant little humans there will be any endless explanation for this, each one with their own insightful words. The answer my friend is blowing in the wind, the answer is around us. The answer is us, the answer is we.  The nature gets tired, It cannot hold onto everything, so it starts to puke slowly but surely. And we all never tend to feel the breeze of it.

Lets not just look at Japan. There are endless things happening around us and happening around for us to understand and pause, for us to slow down. We can go down to the Bramaputra river and see the endless creatures dying. We can go way up to China and see dry lands starving for water. We can go down to the industries of India and see nearby people getting affected by cancer’s. We can go across the sahara desert check the wells dryed up.

In all this miseries, humans, us, we are the sead cause. Lets wake up now and lets volunteer to be responsible, to be that one man who would pause, stop, think and act.
To humans there are endless possibilites to prove blameless.
"We can never know how strong we are, until being strong is the only way to stand out"
